Mission Statement
The G3Foundation (formerly the Source of Sustainability Foundation) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the development of sustainable water resources for everyone, both locally and globally. This development is achieved through educating the public about water and sustainable water use, spreading awareness of modern issues in water resources management and their sustainable solutions, and working with communities and other charities to maximize the effectiveness of water resource-oriented humanitarian aid. Founded by scientists and engineers, the G3Foundation is rooted in strong scientific principles and backed by support from forward-thinking donors and collaborating charities. Our goal is to force and enact change in modern water resource management.
Foundation Goals
We believe that the ultimate solution to the water crisis lies with you, and the individual, and your participation in and support of a mission to enact change in modern water resource management. The G3Foundation approaches this mission with three goals in mind:
To educate the public about water and modern issues in water resource management;
To develop and promote sustainable solutions to these issues and collaborate with other charities to help them incorporate sustainable practices into their methodology; and
To aid other charities in providing humanitarian aid.
Reporting
The G3Foundation (formerly the Source of Sustainability Foundation) provides tax returns, conflict of interest policy and financial statements upon request through this website. The G3Foundation does not provide the form 990 to other directors unless requested since they are not significant managing directors.
Steven Strickler
President / Founder
Steven has over thirty years of experience in the geotechnical industry and is an accomplished civil engineer. He is an avid cyclist and sports enthusiastic. He is also a member and founder of the G3Foundation Cycling Team.
Larry Fanning
Executive Director
Larry is a highly skilled geotechnical professional adept in many aspects of geology, including structural geology, hydrogeology, geologic hazards, mining reclamation, groundwater basin analysis, lake design, and groundwater mitigation.
